Project Russia map for compatible with Euro Truck Simulator 2 version 1.55.

Version 5.6.3:
A global update that includes new cities, the integration of Road To Arkhangelsk and PushMap. Recycling of some old locations, fixing visual bugs.
Added cities: Gzhel, Yegoryevsk, Spas-Klepiki
Added a city: Orel (Thanks to iromania for the transfer)
Highways added or changed: TSKAD (A113), Yegoryevskoe highway (R105), A107, A108
Changes in the city: Noginsk
Connection to the M12 Vostok mod
