Apple Maps Navigation V1.52

Apple Maps Navigation mod compatible with Euro Truck Simulator 2 version 1.52.

As for now the following changes where made:
Blue navigation path
Apple style map icons
New background and road colors like on your iPhone (Background only in cabin, not in Route Advisor)
Added Siri voice navigation (only english and german) with metric or imperial units

To get Siri voice navigation, you need to select the desired language in the audio settings.
